A full percentage point of promoter stake sold in one quarter is rarely noise. It is not automatically bearish — stakes also fall through pledged-share invocation, dilution from a fundraise, or regulatory minimum-float selling — but every one of those is worth knowing about in a stock you hold, and the benign explanations are checkable in the filings once the scan has pointed at the stock.
