Stochastic oversold crossover

%K crossing up through %D with %K still under 25.

The stochastic beats a bare threshold because it has two lines. The fast %K crossing its own average is the event, and requiring that to happen under 25 is what keeps this a reversal scan. Above 25 the same cross fires constantly and means very little.
