Below where they were three years ago, but back above the 200-day average. The names the bull market has not reached.
Every broad advance has names it has not reached. This finds stocks still below where they stood three years ago that have nonetheless reclaimed their 200-day average, the laggards where a turn has begun. The point of the long window is that it looks past the recent recovery to the cycle before it, which is where the overhead supply and the low expectations both live.
