# Seven up days in ten — NSE scan

> Seven of the last ten sessions closed above their open, in a stock above its 50-day with RSI under 70.

Canonical: https://patternsradar.com/screener/seven-of-ten-up

```sift
where count(close > open, 10) >= 7
  and close > sma(50)
  and rsi(14) < 70
```

The persistence scans that ask for `has been above … for 10 bars` are strict on purpose, and they miss a lot of good trends for it. One red close in a fortnight is normal in a stock that is going up. Seven of ten is the same idea with the tolerance built in, and the count is what expresses it, because no stack of offset comparisons can say "at least seven". The 50-day filter keeps the list to established uptrends and the RSI ceiling stops it returning the names that have already sprinted.
