Five years is the longest window Sift allows, and this is the shortest list of names at full strength: a close nobody in half a decade bought above. There is no volume condition, deliberately. The list is small enough to read, and a five-year high on quiet volume in a large-cap is its own kind of statement. Add `rel_volume > 1.5` to insist on participation, or `return(3mo) < 20` to leave out the ones that got here in a single straight line.
