An absolute delivery threshold treats a large-cap that always delivers 55% the same as a small-cap that suddenly does. Comparing each session's delivery to the stock's own 20-day average removes that. Counting how many of the last ten sessions cleared it turns a noisy daily figure into a pattern, and eight of ten is a fortnight in which almost every day's flows were meant more than usual. Above the 50-day, that reads as accumulation. It is one of the few scans on this site that only an Indian exchange makes possible.
