Thirty years of split-adjusted daily history means a 200-day average near the start of the dataset is as trustworthy as one computed yesterday, and backtests can reach across regimes. Delivery percentage — the NSE's ownership-transfer figure — is a first-class scannable field here rather than a display column, and the same is true of futures open interest, put-call ratios, and point-in-time P/E and promoter holding.
